By downloading, installing, or using the FORGE Training application or website ("FORGE Training", "the App", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Concept & Code, LLC ("we", "us", "our"), operator of FORGE Training.
You must be at least 16 years old to use FORGE Training. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you use FORGE Training on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Exercise carries inherent risks. FORGE Training is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice. Consult a physician or other qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise programme, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are injured, or have any concern about your fitness to exercise. You participate in physical activity at your own risk and are solely responsible for exercising within your own limits.
FORGE Training, including its workout plans, recovery suggestions, cycle information, and AI features, is provided for general informational and fitness purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, physiotherapy, nutrition, or personal-training advice. Stop exercising and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or other warning signs.
FORGE Training is an AI-assisted personal training and recovery platform available on iOS and Android. Depending on your plan and region, the Service may include:
Features may be added, changed, or removed over time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.
FORGE Training offers a Free tier and paid tiers: Pro (billed monthly or annually) for individual athletes, and the Coach Portal, billed per active client per month for coaches. Current pricing is shown on forgetraining.ai and at checkout. We may change pricing; changes are communicated to active subscribers before they take effect.
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe via its secure hosted checkout on the web. Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods until cancelled, and your payment method on file with Stripe will be charged at each renewal. For the Coach Portal, the monthly charge reflects the number of active clients on your roster and is adjusted (with proration) as you add, archive, or remove clients. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
You can manage or cancel your subscription, and update your payment method, through the billing portal (the Stripe customer portal, opened from the app). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access to paid features until then. Cancellation does not by itself entitle you to a refund.
Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, issue refunds in exceptional circumstances — contact support@forgetraining.ai. Consumers in the EEA/UK retain any statutory cancellation and refund rights provided by local law.
Promotional and referral codes may be redeemed in Settings. Codes are subject to their own terms (duration, entitlement, expiry) shown at redemption, and cannot be combined, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
During any beta, preview, or early-access period, some or all paid features may be provided free of charge, and billing may be disabled. Beta features are provided "as is", may change or be removed, and may be less stable than generally-available features.
AI outputs are not medical or professional fitness advice. FORGE Training uses artificial intelligence (Claude, by Anthropic) to generate session adjustments, recovery recommendations, and coach pre-session briefs. These outputs are informational and educational only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified physician, physiotherapist, registered dietitian, or certified personal trainer.
By using AI features you acknowledge that:
If you use the Coach Portal, you represent that you are qualified to provide fitness coaching in your jurisdiction and that your use of FORGE Training complies with all applicable professional standards and regulations. The fee you charge your own clients (if any) is a matter solely between you and them; FORGE Training is not a party to that relationship.
Coaches are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of programmes created for clients and for each client's individual health status. FORGE Training AI tools assist coaches but do not replace professional judgement.
You must obtain any consent required by law before recording a client's information or inviting them to link their account, and you must have a lawful basis for any health-related information you enter about a client. A linked client controls what they share with you through the app's per-category sharing controls.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The FORGE Training app, brand, design, code, and content are owned by Concept & Code, LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These Terms do not grant you rights to use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written consent.
You retain ownership of the data you enter into FORGE Training (your workouts, health data, goals). You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
FORGE Training integrates with third-party services including Supabase (infrastructure), Anthropic (AI), Stripe (payments), Apple, and Google. Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service outages or changes.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT, WORKOUT PLAN, OR HEALTH RECOMMENDATION IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOU.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CONCEPT & CODE, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Concept & Code, LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights. This includes, for coaches, claims arising from your coaching relationships with clients.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration seated in Colorado under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by applicable law. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Consumers retain any mandatory rights under the law of their country of residence, and EEA consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will signal material changes by updating the effective date above and, where required by law, by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and cancel any active subscription.
You may stop using FORGE Training at any time, and you may delete your account and all associated data directly in the app at Settings → Account → Delete account (or by emailing privacy@forgetraining.ai). We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Sections 6, 9, 11, 12, 13, and 14 survive termination.
